LiveFeed is a new grassroots organization in St. Louis dedicated to engaging the entertainment industry and its fans to promote hunger awareness and provide a consistent, reliable flow of food to local food pantries. We are also dedicated to supporting local musicians and venues as a community here in St. Louis.
We love live entertainment. We also really, really care about making sure everyone in our community has enough good food to eat. So we provide promotional resources and incentives (i.e. a great website with events calendar, a street team spreading the word and other available publicity resources) for affiliated bands & venues. In return, they encourage their audiences to raise donations whilst rocking out. The fans get the benefit of cool promotions and a chance to actually feel good about what they did last night. We're constantly growing and expanding here.
Check out our blog to keep abreast of what's new. Explore the site and contact us if you have any feedback, ideas for improvement or cool events, whatever. We'd love to hear from you. Mostly, though, check our calendar when you're planning a night out on the town, come to our events and support our bands and venues, and feed your neighbors as generously as you can.
Tom Robinson has spent years dedicating himself to ending hunger in St. Louis. His passion for making sure no child ever goes to bed hungry and his love of music caused him to found LiveFeed. He spends most of his waking moments trying to figure out how to make work like play and life both meaningful and fun. LiveFeed is a natural extension of this philosophy.
Amy Graham, formerly the director of Food Resources at Operation Food search, is dedicated to ending hunger. She believes life is about doing what you can every day to make the world a better place. She has worked in the non-profit world for over 15 years and has participated on and chaired dozens of event and fundraising committees. Her creativity and dedication to change make her a welcome addition to LiveFeed.

Founded in 1988, Food Outreach is the only St. Louis area organization focused on providing nutritional support to men, women and children living with cancer or HIV/AIDS. Their mission is to enhance clients' quality of life through proper nutrition. Food Outreach and its volunteers prepare and deliver nutritious meals, provide groceries and offer nutritional counseling to persons infected with either HIV/Aids disease or trying to survive cancer. Their food helps clients tolerate treatments and makes certain medications work like they should.
